What is +44?

+44 is an English rock band formed in 2005. The band includes former members of the popular pop-punk band Blink-182, Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, and also features guitarist Craig Fairbaugh and Shane Gallagher. The name "+44" is a nod to the international dialing code for the United Kingdom.

The band released their debut album, "When Your Heart Stops Beating," in 2006, which received positive reviews and was followed by a successful tour in the United States. However, they went on hiatus in 2009 due to the reformation of Blink-182.

Despite the hiatus, +44 still has a dedicated fan base and their music is often described as a blend of punk rock and alternative rock. Their most popular songs include "When Your Heart Stops Beating," "Lycanthrope," and "No, It Isn't."
