What is 745i?

The 745i is a luxury sedan produced by the German automobile manufacturer BMW. It was introduced in 2002 as the flagship model of the 7 Series lineup and was powered by a 4.4-liter V8 engine that produced 325 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. In 2004, the 745i received a facelift that included a new front grille and headlights, as well as updated interior features and a larger engine - a 4.8-liter V8 that produced 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque. The 745i was equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission and BMW's Dynamic Driving Control, which allowed the driver to switch between different driving modes. Other notable features of the 745i included a high-end sound system, leather upholstery, and a navigation system. The 745i was discontinued in 2005, replaced by the 750i.
