BTR-2 is a Chinese-made wheeled armored personnel carrier (APC) that was introduced in the early 1990s. It is designed to transport troops and provide fire support in combat situations. The BTR-2 is similar in appearance to the Russian BTR-80, but has several improvements, such as a more powerful engine, better crew protection, and upgraded weaponry. The vehicle is armed with a 30mm autocannon and a coaxial machine gun, making it effective against both infantry and light armored vehicles. The BTR-2 can carry up to 11 troops, including the driver and commander. It has been exported to several countries, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
