What is clumsy?

Clumsiness is a state of being awkward or uncoordinated in physical movements, leading to accidents, mistakes, or falls. Clumsiness can be due to various reasons such as poor spatial perception, muscle weakness, fatigue, lack of focus, or neurological disorders. People who are clumsy often drop things, bump into objects, trip or stumble while walking, and may have difficulty with activities that require fine motor skills such as handwriting or buttoning clothes. Clumsiness can affect people of any age and can be improved with practice, physical therapy, or treatment of underlying conditions if present.
