What is coaxiel?

Coaxial cable, also known as coax or coax cable, is a type of cable used for transmitting radio frequency signals. It consists of an inner conductor surrounded by a tubular insulating layer and a braided shield layer, all of which are covered by an outer jacket. The inner conductor, often made of copper, is typically surrounded by a dielectric material such as foam or polyethylene, which helps to separate it from the shield layer and reduce signal loss. The shield layer, usually made of woven copper or aluminum, helps to limit electromagnetic interference and improve signal quality. Coaxial cables are commonly used in telecommunications, cable television, and internet services, as well as in applications such as radio antennas and medical equipment.
