What is ehime?

Ehime is a prefecture located on the island of Shikoku in Japan. The capital city of Ehime is Matsuyama, which is a major tourist destination known for its ancient castle, hot springs, and the famous Dōgo Onsen, one of the oldest hot springs in Japan.
