People with friggatriskaidekaphobia may experience anxiety, discomfort, or even panic on Friday the 13th. The perceived unlucky nature of Friday the 13th has various proposed origins, including biblical connections (such as the Last Supper having 13 attendees) and historical events. There is no clinical diagnostic term for it, however people who have a significant and persistent fear of Friday the 13th would be classified as suffering from a specific phobia. The treatment[treatment](https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/treatment)
options are generally the same as other phobias.
A related phobia is paraskevidekatriaphobia, which also refers to the fear of Friday the 13th.
