What is fulltime?

Full-time refers to any job or employment in which an employee works for a minimum of 35-40 hours per week, in other words, regular employment with an employer, instead of part-time work. Full-time positions typically come with benefits, higher salaries and more paid time off than those in part-time or temporary positions. Full-time employees are expected to fulfill their work obligations and take on work projects as assigned by their employer. They may have set schedules, regular performance reviews, and opportunities for career advancement. Full-time work can be found in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, education, finance, and many others.
