What is hygenic?

Hygiene refers to the practices and behaviors that promote cleanliness and physical well-being. It involves maintaining personal cleanliness, keeping living and working areas clean, and practicing safe food handling. Good hygiene habits help to prevent the spread of infection and illness. Some examples of hygienic practices include washing hands regularly, covering your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, regularly washing and changing clothes, and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. Hygiene is especially important during public health crises such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.
