What is interactable?

Interactable refers to elements within a game or other digital environment that can be interacted with by the player in some way. Interactable objects may be anything from weapons and obstacles to NPCs (non-playable characters) or dialogue options. Players can interact with these elements by clicking, pressing a button, or performing some other action within the game's interface. Interactable elements can be used to create engaging and immersive game experiences, with players able to explore and discover new features and abilities as they interact with the world around them. The term "interactable" is often used within the game development community to describe parts of a game that can be interacted with and controlled by the player.
