What is learjet55?

The Learjet 55 is a mid-sized business jet manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace. It first flew in 1979 and was one of the first private jets to feature a two-pilot cockpit and a digital avionics system. The Learjet 55 can seat up to nine passengers and has a typical cruising speed of Mach 0.77. It has a range of approximately 2,140 miles and can fly at an altitude of up to 51,000 feet. Later versions of the Learjet 55 were equipped with improved engines, resulting in increased speed and range. Despite no longer being in production, the Learjet 55 remains a popular option for private jet charter and corporate travel.
