What is maskan?

Maskan is a housing finance organization in Pakistan that provides financial assistance to people who want to purchase, build, or renovate a home. It was established in 2001 under the supervision of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to help the low- and middle-income families fulfill their dream of owning a home. It offers various loan schemes, including the Affordable Housing Scheme, for people who cannot easily afford to buy a home.
