What is mulitas?

Mulitas are a popular Mexican dish consisting of tortillas filled with melted cheese, carne asada (grilled and seasoned steak), and other toppings such as guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. The tortillas are then pressed together and cooked on a griddle until crispy and golden brown. Mulitas are similar to quesadillas, but with the addition of meat and other fillings. They are typically served as a handheld snack or meal at Mexican taquerias and restaurants.
