What is naturist?

Naturism, also known as nudism, is a lifestyle or movement that advocates for unclothed social nudity in private or public environments. It is focused on promoting body acceptance, connection with nature, and social equity, without the restrictions of clothing.

Naturists believe that clothes are a social construct that separates people based on clothing choices, body types, and appearance. They see nudity as a way to promote equality, positivity, and freedom in a non-sexual context. Naturists typically practice their beliefs in designated places such as beaches, resorts, campsites, or private properties.

Naturists often participate in activities such as sunbathing, swimming, hiking, and socializing, without clothes. The movement has been around for centuries, and today, there is a growing number of naturist communities around the world. Several organizations, such as the International Naturist Federation, exist to promote the benefits of naturism, including overall health and well-being, body positivity, and environmental awareness.
