What is nomadic?

Nomadic lifestyles involve people who move from one place to another without having a fixed or permanent home. Nomads usually travel in search of food, water, shelter or better opportunities. The cultures of nomads differ from that of settled people and can be traced back to the beginning of civilization. There are different types of nomads, including pastoral nomads who travel with their livestock, hunter-gatherer nomads who forage for food, and mobile and seasonal workers. Nomads have a unique way of life, with their customs, beliefs, and values closely tied to their nomadic lifestyle. Their knowledge and skills of survival in harsh environments are passed down from generation to generation. The traditional nomadic lifestyle is declining, with many opting for a more settled way of life.
