What is noxell?

Noxell Corporation was an American healthcare and beauty products company founded in 1914 by George A. Bunting, Sr. The company was based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and was best known for developing popular consumer products such as Noxzema skin cream, CoverGirl cosmetics, and Old Spice aftershave.

In 1989, Noxell was acquired by Proctor & Gamble, a global consumer goods company. Subsequently, many of the Noxell products were rebranded under the P&G's brand names, but some continued to be sold under their original names.

Noxell was known for its innovative marketing strategies and advancements in product development, which earned the company a reputation as a leader in the personal care and beauty industry. Its commitment to philanthropy also earned it recognition from various organizations in the US. Today, Noxell Corporation no longer exists as an independent entity, but the products it developed and marketed continue to be popular in the USA and across the world.
