Pleakley is a fictional character from the Disney animated movie "Lilo & Stitch." He is an alien scientist from the planet Plorgonar, sent to earth by the Galactic Federation to capture and rehabilitate the titular character, Stitch. Pleakley's design is inspired by an octopus, with his body being mostly purple and having six tentacles. He is depicted as being nervous, easily frightened, and often high-strung. Despite his nervous personality, Pleakley is knowledgeable and skilled in a variety of areas, including microbiology, linguistics, and culinary arts. He is voiced by actor Kevin McDonald.
