What is podarge?

Podarge is a moon of the planet Saturn. It was named after a Greek mythological creature, a winged horse. It was discovered on 4 October 2000 by a team of astronomers led by Brett J. Gladman using the Subaru telescope in Hawaii. Podarge is about 7.8 kilometers in diameter and has an irregular shape. It orbits Saturn at a distance of about 19.8 million kilometers and takes about 798 Earth days to complete one orbit. Its surface is heavily cratered, which suggests that it has been geologically inactive for a long time. Podarge is part of the Inuit group of Saturnian moons, which are named after Inuit mythology.
