What is qbz-191?

The QBZ-191 is a bullpup assault rifle designed and manufactured by Norinco (China North Industries Corporation). It is the latest iteration of the QBZ family of rifles and was officially unveiled in 2021.

The QBZ-191 is chambered in 5.8x42mm DBP87 and is the standard issue rifle for the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China. It features a modular design with a short-stroke gas piston system and a rotating bolt.

The rifle has a full-length Picatinny rail on the top for mounting optics and accessories, as well as M-LOK attachment points on the handguard for additional customization. It also has a folding front sight and an adjustable rear sight.
