Richard D. Fain, born on May 20, 1948, is an American businessman who has served as the chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, a global cruise vacation company, since 1988. Fain holds a degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
