What is samurays?

Samurais were ancient Japanese warriors who lived from the 12th to 19th centuries. They were highly skilled combatants who valued bravery, loyalty, and honor above all else. Samurai warriors lived by the strict code of bushido, which dictated their behavior both in and out of battle. This code also emphasized martial and intellectual training, as well as self-discipline and respect for one's superiors.

After the samurai period, the samurai class was disbanded in the late 1800s when Japan's feudal system was abolished, and modern Japan was born. Today, samurai culture is still revered in Japan, and samurai swords are highly prized works of art coveted by collectors around the world.
