Squirting, also known as a fluid release, is the emission of fluid from the urethra during sexual activity, typically associated with female orgasm. The fluid is distinct from urine and is composed primarily of prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), PSA, and urea. While the exact mechanisms are still being researched, it's generally understood that the G-spot or anterior vaginal wall stimulation plays a role in triggering the squirting response. Some studies suggest that the fluid originates from the Skene's glands, which are homologous to the male prostate. There is ongoing debate and research regarding the composition and origin of the expelled fluid and its connection to female ejaculation.
