What is tada?

Tada is a command-line tool and library for transcriptomics data analysis. It is designed to perform various tasks related to analyzing RNA-Seq and other similar data types. These tasks often include:

  • Differential Expression Analysis: Identifying genes that are significantly differently expressed between different conditions or groups.
  • Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA): Determining whether a set of genes shows statistically significant, concordant differences between two biological states.
  • Pathway Analysis: Identifying biological pathways that are enriched in a set of genes.
  • Data Visualization: Tools to visualize expression patterns and results of other analyses.

Tada often integrates with other popular bioinformatics tools and databases.
