The Game Station (TGS) was a content creator network that focused on video game-related content on YouTube. It was launched in 2010 and operated for several years before merging with Polaris in 2013. TGS was known for producing high-quality content, including Let's Play videos, video game news, and commentary content.
The network was home to several popular YouTube channels, including TotalBiscuit, Jesse Cox, Dodger, and The Yogscast. In addition to producing content, TGS also hosted events such as the "Co-optional Podcast" and the "Consortium" series.
After merging with Polaris, TGS became the "Polaris Network" and continued to produce gaming-related content. However, in 2018, the Polaris brand was dissolved by its parent company, Maker Studios, and many of the former TGS/Polaris creators moved on to produce content independently or on other networks.
