What is wbg84?

WGS 84 (World Geodetic System 1984) is a coordinate system used for mapping and navigation. It was developed by the US Department of Defense and became the standard for GPS (Global Positioning System) in 1987. WGS 84 is a three-dimensional reference frame used to precisely locate points on the surface of the Earth. It uses latitude, longitude, and elevation to describe a location. WGS 84 is considered to be the "gold standard" for GPS, and many mapping systems use it as a basis for their maps. It is accurate to within about 2 meters on average, but can be as accurate as a few centimeters in certain circumstances.
