What is wiper?

A wiper is a mechanical device used to clean windshields of vehicles, such as cars, trucks, buses, and trains. It consists of a motor that powers a pair of metal arms with rubber blades at the end. These blades move back and forth, wiping the windshield clean of rain, snow, dust, and other debris. Wipers are controlled by a switch on the dashboard that allows the driver to adjust the speed and frequency of the wiping motion. Many modern wipers also have sensors that detect rain and adjust the wiping speed automatically. Wipers are an essential safety feature for vehicles as they help improve visibility and reduce accidents caused by poor weather conditions.
