What is expoliation?

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. This process helps to promote healthy and glowing skin by increasing blood circulation, unclogging pores, and improving skin texture and tone. Exfoliation can be done through a variety of methods, including chemical exfoliants like alpha and beta hydroxy acids, physical exfoliants like scrubs and brushes, and even natural methods like using a sugar or salt scrub. However, it is important to be gentle when exfoliating and not overdo it, as excessive or harsh exfoliation can damage the skin and cause inflammation. It is generally recommended to exfoliate once or twice a week for optimal results.
