Geed, also known as Ultraman Geed (ウルトラマンジード, Urutoraman Jīdo), is a Japanese tokusatsu television series and the 29th entry in the Ultra Series. It aired on TV Tokyo from July 8, 2017, to December 23, 2017.

• Origin: Geed's origin is deeply tied to his father, Ultraman Belial, a fallen Ultra Warrior. He was created as a clone of Belial, making him a key figure in the overarching conflict between light and darkness.

• Riku Asakura: Geed's human host is Riku Asakura, a young man who discovers his true identity and destiny. Riku uses the Geed Riser and Ultra Capsules to transform into Ultraman Geed.

• Transformation: Geed transforms using the Geed Riser and Ultra Capsules, which contain the essence of past Ultra Warriors and monsters. He fuses these essences to gain different forms with varying abilities.

• Forms: Geed has various forms including:

  • Primitive: His base form, created by fusing the powers of Ultraman and Ultraman Belial.
  • Solid Burning: A form utilizing the powers of Ultraman Seven and Ultraman Leo.
  • Acro Smasher: A form using the powers of Ultraman Hikari and Ultraman Cosmos.
  • Magnificent: A form utilizing the powers of Ultraman Zero and Ultraman Father of Ultra.
  • Royal Mega-Master: Geed's ultimate form, attained using the King's Capsule and fusing the powers of Ultraman King.

• Story: The series follows Riku's journey as he grapples with his heritage and fights against those who would exploit Belial's legacy for evil. He teams up with allies to protect the Earth from threats related to his father.

• Themes: Geed explores themes of identity, destiny, and redemption. It questions whether one can truly escape their origins and forge their own path, even when burdened by a dark lineage. It also deals with found family and the strength of friendship.
