What is habitable?

Habitable means capable of supporting life or suitable for human habitation. This term is often used to describe planets or moons that may have conditions suitable for supporting life as we know it, such as the presence of liquid water or moderate temperatures. The search for habitable planets beyond our own solar system is an active field of research in astronomy and astrophysics. Additionally, there are efforts to identify and improve habitable conditions on Earth, such as sustainable agriculture and renewable energy sources.
