Grzegorz Krychowiak is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder. He was born on January 29, 1990 in Gryfice, Poland. Krychowiak began his career at the youth academy of his hometown club, MKP Pogoń Szczecin, before moving to France to play for Stade de Reims in 2008.
He went on to have successful stints at Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain, winning multiple domestic and international trophies with both clubs. Krychowiak has also represented the Polish national team, earning over 60 caps and participating in international competitions such as the UEFA European Championship and FIFA World Cup.
Known for his physicality, work rate, and ability to break up opposition attacks, Krychowiak is considered one of the top defensive midfielders in European football. He currently plays for Lokomotiv Moscow in the Russian Premier League.
