What is segueway?

Segway is a brand that produces personal transport devices. The Segway PT (Personal Transporter) is a self-balancing electric-powered vehicle with two wheels and a platform on which the rider stands. It was invented by Dean Kamen and introduced in 2001.

Segways use gyroscopic sensors and an onboard computer to maintain balance and stability while the rider moves forward, backward, turns and stops. They can reach speeds up to 12 mph and can travel up to 20 miles on a single charge.
