What is trapezo?

A trapezoid (also known as a trapezium) is a four-sided polygon that has two parallel sides and two non-parallel sides. The parallel sides are called bases and the non-parallel sides are called legs. The distance between the two bases is called the height. The angles between the bases and the legs can be acute, right, obtuse, or reflex. Trapezoids are used in various geometric applications, such as finding the area, perimeter, and centroid. The formula for the area of a trapezoid is A = 1/2(b1+b2)h, where b1 and b2 are the lengths of the bases and h is the height.
