What is vs1?

VS1 or Very Slightly Included 1 is a clarity grade applied to diamonds in the GIA diamond grading scale. It indicates that an expert grader has determined that the diamond has very small inclusions that are difficult to see under 10x magnification. VS1 is the second-highest clarity grade and is considered a high-quality diamond with excellent clarity. VS1 diamonds are graded on four main factors: clarity, carat weight, cut, and color.
