What is kneck?

Neck, also known as the cervical spine, is a flexible and strong structure of bones, muscles, and ligaments that supports the head and allows for a wide range of motion. The neck is comprised of seven vertebrae, each separated by a small cushion-like disc to provide shock absorption and allow for movement. The neck also contains the spinal cord, which sends signals to and from the brain to control various bodily functions. Common neck issues include stiffness, pain, and injury due to poor posture, overuse or trauma. Proper stretching, exercise, and frequent breaks during prolonged sitting or standing can help maintain a healthy neck.
