Bougeries is a municipality in the Canton of Geneva in Switzerland. It is located on the left bank of the Rhone river, southeast of the city of Geneva. The municipality includes the historic village of Vieux-Bougeries, which has retained its rural character with old houses and narrow streets. Bougeries has a population of around 12,000 and is known for its high-quality residential areas and parks, including the Parc des Aiglettes. The area is well-connected with public transport and offers a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and schools.
