What is perpetomobile?

Perpetomobile does not exist. It appears to be a made-up word, possibly a misspelling of the term "perpetual motion machine" which refers to a hypothetical machine that can operate indefinitely without any external energy input. However, the laws of thermodynamics have proven that perpetuum mobiles are impossible.
